Your data will be managed by our state-of-the-art metadata platform, Aura, alongside our teams of highly experienced developers and content curators. Aura was built in 2023 from the ground up on bleeding edge AWS technology and it fundamentally changes how we address metadata from a curation, enrichment and QA point of view with the adaptation of AI/ML technologies. Security, back-ups, redundancy and disaster recovery have been addressed as integral parts of the system design. In fact, the technology has been considered advanced enough to receive R&D grants from the Norwegian government’s official Innovation Council.
We deliver the metadata in virtually any format, batch size and frequency you require. You can make calls to our REST API, we can deliver to designated SFTP folders, or we deliver to your S3 buckets. You decide.
As part of specifying the system demands for Aura, we focused on optimizing editorial workflows for quick enhancement and validation, and on eliminating legacy bottlenecks so that we can deliver near-real-time (NRT) capabilities as a standard component.
We typically manage customer service via our Jira Help Desk and by integrating our Slack with yours for more casual communication. Your Jira tickets will be dealt with by our 1st or 2nd line support teams and in accordance with pre-defined contractual deadlines that we must adhere to.
The important part is that we are there, and we are there for you. If you have any questions, suggestions or concerns, or if you are just curious about something, we will always respond to you in a timely manner. Always.
